COVID-19 RESPONSE

  As we adapt and respond to calls by local  governing bodies to curtail the spread of COVID -19 we have  adapted the following procedures for home inspections:

• Inspectors will wear masks and use sanitizing wipes during inspections.
• We ask that occupants  of the home not be present during the inspection.
• We always recommend that clients and agents attend the inspection; however, we ask that they wear a mask. We ask that extra family members and friends not attend the inspection and presentation of the findings. 
• We can also review the Inspection Report over the phone or  through remote meetings with Skype or ZOOM should anyone wish to do so. 
• The health or our clients, agents, customers and our staff is a priority and concern for us.
